Caetano hasn’t slept in years. More precisely, 5 years. Ever since his wife died in Portugal’s most famous death-by-selfie. He’s terminally depressed and alone, working in his father’s funeral agency, where his only company are the dead people he looks after, with whom he has frequent conversations. During his long sleepless nights, his thoughts turn to suicide, but he’s too afraid of physical pain to go through with it. Until one day, Fausto, a dead university professor with a sarcastic wit, takes pity on Caetano and tells him about an obscure euthanasia self-help group run by an eccentric academic. Will this be the solution Caetano has been looking for?
